On-Line Sales and Advance Discounts Expire at 11 PM (cst) Tonight (8/28/08)!

Below is a listing of the tickets and prices that will be available for the 2008 Kerrville Wine & Music Festival.

After this, you may still purchase your tickets at the gate.

 

Order on-line by following the links below or call the festival office at (830) 257-3600, during business hours Monday through Friday.  $4 will be added for all phone orders.

 

Advance Discounts

Advance discounts apply only to 3-day and daily festival tickets.  They do not apply to workshop registration fees, camping, vehicle, or parking fees unless otherwise noted.

 

You get a 20% discount on single day tickets by ordering in advance (prior to midnight on Aug 28).  A 3-day ticket is discounted 25%.

 

Service Charge Structure:  The only service charges that would be added to your ticket order would be for telephone orders (add $4) or if you request that tickets be mailed to you (add $3). 

 

PARKING FEES-NEW!

There is a $3 per vehicle per day charge for parking in our parking lots.  These are payable at either the on-site ticket booth or at the parking lot entrance.

 

Why are we charging for parking?  Last year, our friend and neighbor Doc Horton passed away.  We had been using a chunk of Doc’s land as our parking lot.  Instead of losing the property (and subsequently our parking lot) to developers, a group of festival friends decided to purchase this piece of property.  In doing so, the festival agreed to assume a portion of the financial burden as well as to pay for improvements to the lot in the form of lighting, road stabilization, etc.  The parking fees will be directed toward these expenses. We realize that this may be an unpopular policy, but given the alternative of not having places to park, we had no alternative.  We trust and hope that most of you will understand.

 

Campground Access

You MUST have festival tickets in order to enter the campgrounds during the festival.  You will also need a wristband to enter the campgrounds after 6 p.m.  Campground access fee is an additional $5 per day (for a wristband) and is payable at the festival gate.  EXCEPTION:  If you hold or purchase 3-day ticket, then tent camping fees are WAIVED and you will be provided with a wristband at no additional charge.  

 

Wine Seminars

Wine Seminars fees ARE NOT included the single-day or 3-day ticket price.

Pre-paid reservations required.  The fee for each seminar is $7 per person (if purchased in advance) or $10 (if purchased during the festival) and includes a souvenir festival wine glass. You must have festival tickets in order to attend the wine seminar(s).  Tickets may be purchased in advance by clicking on the link below, or you may register at the wine ticket booth during the evening shows provided there is still room.  Space is limited.  Seminars will start promptly at 3:30 p.m. (no late arrivals with or without a ticket). 

Prices below are subject to change at any time.  Prices listed include sales tax. 

Children under 12 are admitted FREE with ticket holding adults.  Kids 12 and over need a full priced ticket.  No one under 18 may enter unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
